Go to Reports – tab and click the Member list by clubs
Enter the date, default is current date, report will show members until that date you set. Choose the club whose members you want to view.
Click Search
After that you can see the list of all members of the club you chose. You can save the data to excel by clicking the Excel-icon in top of the listing. The listing does not show all details of the membership.
In same way you can also search reports about e.g. member amounts by certain membership type, new and resigned members, membership types etc.

Number of members and votes in general assembly

Kissaliitto will check the number of votes from MyCats. It is club’s responsibility to have all memberships handled by 31.12. 23:59 o’clock, so that all members entitled to vote are counted.

There are tools for membership secretaries to follow up and validate the number of votes. Reports – tab you can find the report ”Votes in general assembly”.

This report shows you how many members is in total, how many memberships in each club (if this number does not match the number of members in total it will require some clearing) and number of members entitled to vote. Last column shows the total amount of votes in general assembly (regarding the votes).

If the number of members and memberships is different, so that the number of memberships if larger that members, you need to run the Double memberships –report that will show all members that for some reason have two memberships to same club. (Note, if member has double memberships to one club – the vote is not counted at all).

To have the members vote counted, the member’s membership payment date needs be in current year.

MyShow on laitteistoriippumaton ohjelmisto, jonka avulla on mahdollista tehdä kissanäyttelyn tuloslaskenta ilman internet yhteyttä.

Ohjelman käyttäminen edellyttää että käytössä on Omakissasta saatava näyttelyluettelo Excel (Raportit > Näyttelyluettelo) ja tietokoneelle on asennettu Java. Javan voi ladata koneelle ilmaiseksi osoitteesta https://www.java.com/en/

Lataa ohjelma ja pura zip-paketti sopivaan paikkaan (esim. työpöydälle). Käynnistä ohjelma kaksoisklikkaamalla kansiosta löytyvää Myshow.jar tiedostoa tai aja komentorivillä MyShow kansiossa komento:  java -jar Myshow.jar.

Checking the membership

If the ownership of all cat’s owners is not OK, the default is that cat cannot be registered to any show. Membership secretary can save the entry, even the membership details are not OK. This is allowed because also non FIFe member’s entries to shows will need to be added. Membership detail is shown graphically for show secretary when the cat is added to entry.

The situation can change e.g. because the cat is sold (happens often in case of kittens) or if some of the owners resigns from their club before the show opens. There reports are recommended to be checked before sending the confirmation letter and again the day before show starts.

To check this situation, there is two different types of reports available in Reports– tab.

Entries, enterers without active membership
- List of entries, where enterer or cat’s owner’s membership is not valid. (Listing will show all foreign enterers and domestic enterers without valid membership)
Entries where the cat is not owned by the enterer
- List of all enterer’s who are not listed as the owners of the cat’s
