Veterinary cooperation /Provet Net interface
Health data transfer between Omakissa and Provet Net will be in use in about 160 clinics across Finland from 5 May 2016. Most of the clinics using the system can be found here http://www.siruhaku.fi
Veterinarians will be able to transfer the following information about their cat to Omakissa:
- Microchipping
- Umbilical hernia result
- Testicular examination result
- Hearing test result
- Neutering/spaying of the cat
- Information on cat euthanasia
The transfer of data to Omakissa requires the consent of the owner. If the information is transferred to Omakiset by a veterinarian, the owner does not need to submit any other attachments to the Finnish Cat Association office regarding the examination/procedure in question.
