4 months before the show<\/span><\/td>\nRequest the main user to set up the show to MyCats, if it is not yet there<\/span><\/p>\n

After that fill in the basic information of the show. (Entry start- and end \u2013date, number of cats etc.)<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

During entry time<\/span><\/td>\nProcess the entries and invoicing<\/span><\/p>\n

Request the registrar to add foreign and non FIFe enterers, housecats to MyCats in case they are missing from the system. (Send the electronic entry). Clarify the MyCats compatibility to the technical devices used in the show. <\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Month before the show<\/span><\/td>\nCheck the amount of diplomas, order more if needed. Find out the form of judge\u2019s report (rdlc \u2013 html), clarify the need for printing and ordering report templates. <\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
3 weeks before the show<\/span><\/td>\nFinish the judge\u2019s allocation and confirmation letter. Start making the show catalogue. <\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2 weeks before the show<\/span><\/td>\nRun the following reports and act in case of need:<\/span><\/p>\n

Entries where the cat is not owned by the enterer, change the enterer if needed<\/span><\/p>\n

Entries, enterers without active membership<\/span><\/p>\n

Entries, owners without active membership
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Class changes – report<\/span><\/p>\n

Publish the confirmation letter.<\/span><\/p>\n

Perform test printing: prints before show, prints during show, most important is to test diploma printing. <\/span><\/p>\n

Check that all printers are operative, sufficiency of papers and inks etc. Find out where to get spare\/new printer in case of need. <\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Week before the show<\/span><\/td>\nSend the show catalogue, diplomas and other show day\u2019s printouts for printing.<\/span><\/p>\n

Check that secretary\u2019s MyCats accounts are working.
\nPrepare spare network connection and test it. <\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Before the show<\/span><\/td>\nRun following reports in the evening before the show:<\/span><\/p>\n

Entries, enterers without active membership<\/span><\/p>\n

Class changes – report<\/span><\/p>\n

Save the Accepted entries- Excel to your computer<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

After the show<\/span><\/td>\nSave the changed EMS \u2013 codes for next day\u2019s show.<\/span><\/p>\n

Run the Class changes \u2013 report and process the class changes to next day\u2019s show.<\/span><\/p>\n
