Changing the cat to show can be done by the show secretary. There are three ways to do it (club can choose the most suitable way).<\/p>\n

PRACTISE 1.<\/b><\/p>\n

You can replace <\/b>a cat already entered to another cat. Choose the \u201cEdit\u201d <\/b>in Entries \u2013 tab from that cat\u2019s row you want to replace. When the cat\u2019s owner is the same as the already entered cats, you can just search the cats name and choose it from the drop down menu. Check the cat\u2019s details, e.g. class and press \u201dSave\u201d. Write the cat\u2019s name that was originally entered to the show to field \u201cMessage to the club\u201d, so that the change can be verified afterwards.<\/p>\n

PRACTISE 2.<\/b><\/p>\n

You can delete <\/b>the original entry. Choose the cat\u2019s row -> Edit \u2013 Delete. (NOTE! Cat\u2019s details will be deleted completely from this show). After deleting the cat, show secretary will need to enter the new cat manually.\u00a0 In to the new cat\u2019s entry, write the cat\u2019s name that was originally entered to the show to field \u201cMessage to the club\u201d, so that the change can be verified afterwards.\u00a0 Instructions here<\/a>!<\/p>\n

PRACTISE 3.<\/b><\/p>\n

You can also cancel <\/b>the cat\u2019s entry to show. Choose the cat \u2013 Edit -> change the status to \u201dcanceled\u201d. Write the new cat\u2019s name \/ EMS – code that will be entered to the show to field \u201cMessage to the club\u201d, so that the change can be verified afterwards.\u00a0 Press Save. After canceling you need to enter the new cat<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In changes and deletions is always good to write the changed \/ deleted cat\u2019s name to the cat\u2019s details who will be entering the show.
